We are remiss in not writing this letter to you sooner. My wife, Sue and I want to thank you for meeting with us back in November and overseeing the installation of our new 8KW Generac generator. The entire process was well orchestrated by CT Home Generator Systems and required little from us. As I mentioned when we first met, we were referred to your by friends of ours and a very satisfied customer of yours, Barry and Cathy. We just happened to discuss generators over dinner one night and your name and business number was given to us. We weren't convinced we needed a generator, but he encouraged us to give you a call anyway. Barry spoke very highly of you.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and competence exhibited by everyone involved in getting our generator set up and running. Most importantly we want to thank you for the way in which you made the installation of a generator sound so uncomlicated. That was the main selling point for us.

It was also a real pleasure working with your very efficient electricians, Joe and Neil, as well as the installers from Connecticut Propane and Petroleum in Marlboough, Bill and Ethan. Additionally, ken Kowal and his KMR Landscaping crew did a very nice job removing four of our arborviaes in order to make room for the generator. It wasn't an easy job and in fact Ken needed to use his excavator to pull the stumps out of the ground.

Having the generator will certainly give us peace of mind now when blizzards and hurricanes are forecast for our area. Thank you again for everything.
